The scope, pricing, and deliverables of any specific services are governed by a separate Service Agreement or proposal accepted by the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will prevail.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Canadian federal or provincial law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems

5. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Our services involve the use of third-party platforms including Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, and other directory and analytics platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Yeti Digital Services is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of Google LLC or any other third-party platform unless explicitly stated. We are an independent agency that works with these platforms on your behalf.

We are not responsible for changes, limitations, suspensions, or policy updates made by third-party platforms that affect the performance of our services.

6. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business, services, and service areas
• Grant us the access necessary to perform the agreed services (e.g., Google Business Profile manager access)
• Respond to reasonable requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure that the content you provide to us does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable laws
• Make payments as outlined in the Service Agreement or invoice terms

We are not responsible for delays, reduced performance, or service interruptions caused by your failure to fulfill these responsibilities.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are outlined in your Service Agreement, proposal, or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice or as stated in the Service Agreement
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges
• Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment after reasonable notice

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

8. Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Results

While we apply proven SEO and digital marketing strategies, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, or business outcomes. Search engine algorithms, market conditions, and competitor activity are outside our control.

Site Provided "As Is"

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability
